How do we get started?
Our first recommendation is to always hop on a phone call with us first, we can say "hello" and get to know your situation more personally. We can also answer questions like: what lots are available, if we have any for-market homes currently for sale, what the building process looks like and scope of budget. The first step is a conversation — contact us today!
Do you have any lots available in the area I'm interested in?
We are always in the business of buying and securing lots. Often times, an interested client will come to us directly and we will begin the search process of the area of interest, or recommend current lots we have available. Have your own lot? Even better! Yes, we can build on those too. The majority of projects we have been involved in have included a tear down of a previous, older home but we also have opportunities on open land or acreage as well. What is your price range?
This is a tough one. Our scope is not limited, and the market is ever-changing, but we do let potential clients know the base price of the majority of our custom homes begin around $500-600K (not including price of land). With that in mind, we've spent years working well above those numbers and even under as well, depending on time, circumstance and home.
What makes you different from the "big guys" (large, corporation builders)?
This is our favorite question. Everything! When you choose to partner with us, you're making a deliberate decision to maintain control of your build with the knowledge, expertise and craftsmanship to get it done. The details of your home from interior selections, special add-ons, etc. are all in your control. A large corporate builder often has many limitations or specific requirements when it comes to your selections and changes, while we work alongside you to create the home of your dreams.
